The alloy ones, there are some companies you can go to where you can order customised holders with a certain logo or phrase laser-etched on the back of the alloy disc. A search on Google should turn up what you need.

I bought mine from here in black with a VW logo on the back. Looks really good, you could add a message to it and there's loads of designs to choose from.
