I'm I right in thinking that the exterior door handles from a Mk2 Golf are the same fitting as a Mk3 Polo?

Can some Audi 80 front door handles be used on the Mk3 Polo?

Just thinking of something different. I know if this 'is' possible, it would require much more work involved.

Anyone got any 'how to do' articles for this please?

The audi 80 / A4 is a popular conversion but requires cutting the door and welding in a pressed plate or audi door cutout.
