Am i best taking her back as shes under warranty still. The rattle sounds like it is by the lock behind the door card and is annoying me now.

If the door is open in front of u then u should start from the right hand side from the bottom this means that u wont pull out any wires by accident.
But make sure u unscrew bits first lol i.e. the bit under the inside handle.
I havn't got my car with me at the moment or I'd tell u exactly what to do if ur unsure wait till tomoro and I'll give u a step by step.

there are 4 'star shaped' screws that run along the bottom of the card.
and one in the handle- which opens up with a little bit of force, it wont break so dont worry.
then from one of the corners pull each of the clips out working along the door card.
thats off the top of my head, hope it is helpful

This is correct however If u don't have electric windows u need to remove the winder by pressing the centre down and sliding sideways.
and be very careful when unclipping the top right hand side (if drivers door left if passengers) u need to unclip the door opening mechanism before u let it drop down as not to snap it or you'll have more than a rattle.
