Dark blue mk3 coupe, M25, about 10:00 today

I'm sure I've seen that car before but I can't for the life of me work out where. Dark blue M reg coupe, slightly altered number plate font, plain 'Polo' badge on the back which makes me think it's a debadged GT / G40, aftermarket exhaust, alloys. Driving next to me for about 10 minutes, I'm pretty sure you saw me, you know who you are, own up and stop me trying to work out why I've seen your car before

Anti clockwise just near the M4 junction btw.
