so what can VW do to my GTi with their VAG-COM?

Post by nickpolo »

just thought i'd start this post to try and clear up fact/myth about what VW can do with their VAG-COM stuff to a 6n2 GTi.

i'm trying to find out stuff, such as if a passenger airbag is deactivated, is this done through the vag-com, and thus reactivated the same way?

can the doors on my gti be set to lock above 5mph?

what functions do you guys know of?

You can reconnecting the airbag with vag-com,
but I'm not sure if it can be deactivated.

It should be okay to reconnect it, cause it's able to reconnect the airbags
when renew. means it's not gonna function if not connecting it.
just like what are you having now.
