Problem with a 51 reg Polo - PLEASE help!

I assume it's petrol. My 1.2 used to do this, i believe it's the fuel pump or something (I can't remember, been a while since a similar post to this).

Nothing to worry about

Believe it does it in anticipation of being started.

However other ppl can feel free to correct me.
