I can help you with a couple.

For the black badge, use VAGParts (down the bottom on the main forum page).

To fit it to the front, basically you unclip the whole grille so you can get to the back of it. Then you have to get the existing silver badge out. I did this by literally cutting through the clips with side cutters. It's not really designed to come out, hence the vandalism! Then you just clip the new black one in.

As for your problems with traction, what tyres are you running? All well and good spending loads on suspension if you're not using decent rubber. Other thing I might suggest is that if you're fitting the lower strutbrace, get the upper one as well. I fitted the front upper to mine and that made a noticeable difference, planning on getting the lower one soon.

Good colour choice on the GTi as well :D

Hi

Try www.wheel-spacers.co.uk

This is where my other half got his wheel spacers from, i'm sure they are cheaper than Demon tweeks!

The grille badge is easy to get out Redline you wimp  (only joking)

All I used was a smallish flathead screwdriver and my hands.

To unclip the grille iirc there's 3 clips along the top, then you kind of pull up and forward.

Mine neither. It was very very troublesome to try and get out! I was only really investigating how it can be removed when I last had the grille off, so that I know how when I get black badges, but nonetheless I couldn't prise it out of the grille!

The hardest one I found to get out was the GTi badge, that was doing my head in. It hurts!

Tell me about it! Took me a good 20 mins of pain and frustration to get mine out!
