fitting g40 arches on a 1.1cl mk3 coupe

Pop rivets, straight on, no messing.

On the same topic, my arches are pealing back (away) from the body work towards the top and the bottom near the door sills. How do i put these back? Glue? I remember someone mentioned but i didn't have the time just then
