Bloody Traffic Announcement

How do you turn off the stupid Traffic Announcement function?

I've just driven all the way to Birmingham and back with my CD's getting interupted by traffic annoucements.

I've tried holding TP but it stays on?

damn i bet that was well annoying! lol. i would have suggested TP but seeing as that didnt work then i havnt got a clue, sorry mate

Just hit the fm button mate, and the TP light will go off.

i have an alpine unit and i have to hit the TA button twice, then the little logo goes off
