Assistance with Numberplate

Hi all,


I'm after getting some number plates for the new car....... The one's i'm after have the reg done in the normal style font..... But instead of a full size oblong plate they just have a lip/line of yellow/white going around the edge of the letters / numbers.

I'm sure i saw them on here a bit back and have seen them on a car in the flesh but after having a search on here and on the net i'm still unable to find who supplies them.


Anybody any ideas???
