Please help

Hi all I'm new here.

Sorry if this post is not in the correct section.

I have a Polo CL open air 1998

Does anyone know how to reset the service warning indicator on the dashboard. It just constatly flashes "service miles" or something. I've had it reset before and I saw the guy holding down the mile reset button whilst turning the ignition on.

Can anyone explain how to do this please?

and as for your problem its in the owners book if u have it then its in there if someone else dont answer i will wen i get back in later will remeber to bring it in with m from the car mate
