Which bulb types to get for the Polo (9n)

Im interested in getting "xenon" type bulbs for my car (polo 9n) and im just wondering if any of you guys know which bulb types to get for the following:

Dipped lights

Side Lights

Some sites in particular for the dipped lights have mentioned H7 and some have said H4, so im not sure which one to go for!

Dipped are H7 and side lights are 501's.

www.powerbulbs.co.uk is a good place to get them. Your Q's already been answered, but they do have an online checker, so you can see what types you need.
