after some info off those of you with coiles.
How big a job is it to adjust them on the car and also do they seze up after a while as i have read a few stories about them now.
for the price of them do you think its worth the hassel or do u think just getting a set of springs to do the trick?

If you look after them well they shouldn't seize.
Depends on what make but most coilovers only need flat ground, a spanner and some time to adjust them

o rite so you reckon to stay away from the cheapies then!?
Any you can recommend? also with the standers 15" BBS wheels on how low can you go before you have to start worrying about sleeping policeman and stuff?

go for 80mm - 100mm on 15's, will look sexy as f**k. if you want to kee it relatively practical, i wouldnt go past 80mm.even there wil be a pretty harsh ride.

just been outside and measured 80 to see how tho it would make the car, and as far as i can see that would put the tyres up underneath the artches!
surely turning becomes an issue! 50mm looked like the maximum really!

I would recommend you going for coilies produced from stainless steel - as non stainless steel ones will seize up quickly. Recommendations from speaking with others
