Try Bell Direct or Tesco.
I'm kinda lucky i get mine through my work so get a discount (RBS), no idea what their quote would be but try them.
I'm 25 with full protected NCB and i was £384 last year. Mine is due next month so expecting my renewal notice soon.

make sure you put your parents on your policy but keep you as the policy holder and main driver! what a god send! i was 18 with 0 ncb and paid £1500 on a 1.4 8v. Got my 1year ncb, and got quoted £900, so decided to put both my parents on the policy but with me as the policy holder. I now pay £550......Not bad eh
I'm with norwich union btw.

I'm with Admiral, pretty cheap.
Try going on confused.com, they come up with a list of quotes from different companies.
I found it quite handy.

Then ring round them and price them off against each other.
