Oil In Distributor Cap

I take it its just an oil seal needs replacing on the end of the camshaft.

How easy is it to replace, will i need to remove the camshaft?

Seen this on my parents "HB" engined classic. The Distributor cap would fill with oil very quickly. I tried dismantling the Distributor (Bosch type) but the oil seal seemed buried deep within. I changed the distributor for another one, and it's been oil free for 10K.
I think a replacement Disty is your best option.

you would have to remove the cam to change the seal
