My Polo GTi turbo and some pics (update for brake upgrade)

Hello from Poland :)

My Polo on dyno result has about 220 bhp and 300 Nm. My mods:

Engine mods:
turbo K04
custom intercooler and pipes
custom Blow Off Valve BOV
custom Pauter’s billet rod
custom Ross’s piston
cone filter
custom performance clutch
B&M short-shifter

Exhaust mods:
custom manifold
custom stainless steel exhaust system (2,5 in. diameter)
custom stainless steel exhaust back box

Electronic mods:
Autronic engine management – new ECU
new senors for cam gears
Omori electrical turbo meter
Omori electrical exhaust temperature meter

Suspension mods:
H&R cup kit 60/40
15’’ Borbet’s T rim
Dunlop’s 2000 SP Sport tire 15’ 205/45

Wow 8) I would love to turbo my gti - If i do go serious with power I will be considering the 1.8T engine

that is a lot of work! turbo off a 225tt or cupra r!
so understated in its looks aswell!!

nice work :D

edit- wheres the normal gti front splitter??

bloody hell. That thing would be bloody quick!! How much would that set you back to get power like that from the gti engine?

Prefer the original GTi Grille but other than that it looks awesome

Looks like a replacement bumper Dan as there's no cut outs for the headlight washers.

I'd love to turbo up my car...i'm going over to Poland to get it done if its cheap enough lol

Good looking car, and I appreciate the investment you have made in the quest for more power.

However, you don't mention a brake upgrade, and by the looks of things you are still using the 256mm fronts?

Surely with that much power, you are running a risk everytime you want to enjoy it though? With only 125bhp, the 256 setup if bad enough !!

Yeah - a lot of engine work. This is custom project - my tuner and mine :)

Tuning engine electronic was finished recently and I did't check on G-tech 0-60 time, yet :) When I check I will write.

Polo be modified by 1,5 years - for custom Pauter’s billet rod and
Ross’s piston we waited by 6 months.

Break upgrade soon - I think abot breake from Audi S3 or Golf VR6 or ...
I don't know yet which I will choose - maybe You advise?
