Know Alot About Mk2's????

Okay here's the lowdown......

I bought a 1989 polo CL 1.3 in a nice tidy red for £300
I absolutely Love the car! I've been up to the Isle Of Wight, Southampton, Dover etc all over the place! The Insurance is good, it hasn't let me down and i love the look of it (call me sad)

I keep leaving posts on here and its probably getting tedious but basically i want to keep this car for as long as i can!! So....... I have saved up about £900 hopefully can get about £1200

This is where you guys come in!!!

I want to get some wide/deep wheels! - Any Advice on which ones and where to get them??

I want to get rid of any rust and strip everything and get a full respray in black or blure or red???

I want to get a seriously good sound system - Where and how much would it cost??

I want to get it lowered! - How much should i lower it by??

Also any other advice would be great... eg - Interior styling, de-badging and all the other stuff that you guys are good at!!

And finally if i did lowwer it and add alloys onto it... would it make my insurance really expensive??
