Upgrading my front brakes

Hey guys,

I'm looking into upgrading my front brakes, both discs and pads.

I've come up with the following parts;

Black Diamond Pads: PP-474-F
Black Diamond Discs: KBD874-COM-F

What do you think??

Also, how hard is it going to be to fit them? Will I need to bleed them? What about the wear indicator wire?:?
