Got my wheels on for the winter got all 4 for £100 2 of them needed new tyres which i got today.
toyos on the front
falken on the rear.
215/40/16 tyres run with no problems

Another gti on RX's......they look fantastic though.
Front looks kind of different with the plate relocated, I hadn't seen that before. Did that involve a new rub strip?

Should do, they are 4x100 but the offset is slightly different.

nope its was just the same rub strip,the plate is stuck on with halfrauds 6mm plate stickers 10 of them. it holds rock solid
i think the wheels will be on for the summer but they could do with a refurb after the winter as there are a few annoying scratches on them

yes there ok, i used to have 17" tsw wheels on and a guy bought them off me and fitted them straight onto his 214

Ah yes, sorry I couldn't see the plate recess upon first glance.
It also goes to show, the gti can look very good without being "slammed" (in my opinion).
