Hey everyone
Does anyone know the torque settings for the head bolts, I think it's 30nm then 90' then 90 again?? Can anyone confirm?
Also, do the headbolts need changing, I know a lot of the them do now, so thought it's best to check!!
Cheers
Callum

Re: Torque Settings for Head Bolts
The spec only differentiates SOHC or DOHC, so for DOHC its 30Nm then 90 deg and then 90 deg again.Callum wrote:Hey everyone

The 90 Degrees does suggest you are stretching the bolts, and so the probably do need changing. But the haynes manual doesn't say so.
