I have FFW gearbox on my Polo GTi,
it has 2.7 Litre of capacity.
I use VW G51 SAE 75W-90 grabox oil,
there are two bolts on the gearbox, lower one drain,
top one fill, just park on a level ground, fill up the gearbox oil until it spill out.

The filling bolt is located at the back side of the cooling fan,
the drain bolt is located under the left drive shaft.
Both are 17mm allen key, so it's easy to indentify. :D
