New pics of my MK4

Post by Chantelle »

When i joined last august someone asked me to post pics when I got my bumpers done and I forgot!

So here are some pictures from Trax 2006. I have more plans for this year but funds are limited at the moment.

And yeah I know the exhaust is not to everyone's liking - but I like to be Unique

I think its ok, but i think the wheels are hideous, hate the style of them. Rest of the car is nice though! :D

The exhaust took about 10 hours work all together.

I love my wheels - in all honesty the pics do not do then justice, they look really nice when you see them in real life so to speak

Good to see more ladies on the modding scene! i like what you've done so far, is urs a 16v or did u get the rear bumper seperate? The exhaust is different, i wouldnt do it personally but i like a bit of individuality!! Like the guys are saying, get some smoked rear lights! and i reckon a set of angel eyes would set off ur front a treat.....

some tints and smoked lights would bring the wheels more into the car i think

but i like it either way :)

I really like it, love the exhuast, not seen that before. Only thing I would change is the rear lights. Nice colour, nice wheels.

i like the car in general but think the front splitter should go as i think it ruins the whole shape and curvature of he front of the car.
the wheels arnt my avourite but i think there cool.
light deff need to be changed and same id get rid of the badges.
the exhaust is deff different. i think it would be better if it was either n oval or letter box and/or it was instead of being in the middle of the bumper it was at eh bottom cut into the bumper a bit instead of being in the middle of the bumper.
i think that the exhaust would look good as it is if the back of the car was changed more. like the lights and the badges gone.

Thanks for all the comments guys!

I have actually ordered some angel eyes and just bought some blue hella lights last week just not bought the buld holders to fit them yet!

Black16v - unfortunately it is just a 1.4 8v  I have changed all of this since buying the car last summer, it is all my own idea's and exactly how I want it :D

I actually thought the same about hte badges just yesterday when I was looking at the pictures :D

I agree girls on the modded scene is fab - I have been into modding for a long long time - there are plenty of us girlies into modding really though - I have been a member of www.girlracer.co.uk for 7 years now, this is my first real veedub, I have always had things like impreza's, fiesta rs turbo's and cossies before - so I have mad e real change having a car like this! - Dont worry I still have my taste for speed as we still have a series one Rs turbo and my partner has a nissan pulsar
