Polo GTI = Crap car.

Post by rabbit82 »

The car is hopeless. There's nothing 'GTI' about it. Its slower than my grans electric scooter, it handles about as good as Rascal van but not as good as a shopping trolley, and makes little chav boy racers wet their pants. The only thing i like is the look of it and the fact that it is good on petrol. Im selling it if anyone wants it, and going back to a scooby without a care in the world if the insurance co try to bend me over with the price. Ill even throw in a free laptop lol

What on earth did you expect from a Polo if you'd come from that in the first place?

No wonder you don't rate it that much.

And generally i think chav boy racers wet their pants over faster smaller cars like good ol Fiesta RS turbo's, Fiesta ST's, Clio 197's etc :)

So how comes you did go from a scooby to a Polo tho? :)

Someone nicked my scoob, set fire to it and the insurance bas***ds say 'well a claim is a claim regardless of fault. Maybe buy a smaller car sir and build up your no claims'

Oh and i paid 4750 for the polo, anyone want it, its up for 4600

Ah poo that really sucks. Well at least you humoured the insurance boob and tried the smaller car. I don't think i could face it after a scooby or a car of that caliber.

I would have to agree with you SiDaBa

Scooby to a Polo :?:

I just don't understand the logic of someone changing their car from a 200+bhp rally bred car, too a 125bhp Polo then bad mouthing the car because they think its hopeless.

Yes, i know its rabbit82's view on the car & he/she is entitled to it.
But haven't we all been here before with that 'samual 90210 whatever his name is' fella

EDIT - sorry to here about the theiving of your scooby, now understand the reason for buying the Polo, still don't agree with the bad mouthing, just my opinion.

Fair enough each to their own opinion I guess.

It's a shame you didn't like the polo Gti, although for the money I dont think you will find a better all round small car, that aside from the gearbox won't fall to bits after 20k miles.
