I have a similar question as VW have told me there is a small hole in the middle pipe. Am I correct in thinking the middle pipe and backbox are one complete part? I had a look underneath and couldn't see a join :shock:

This should be how your exhaust looks in sections, manifold is available as a 4-2-1 branch from raceland, i had one on my GTi and made it more responsive.

as for back box there are plenty of options for personal taste!

im not on my 3rd g'box but its all good!
running on 8's on the front and 8.5's on the rear, soooo phat!! going to the bodyshop soon for smoothing of doors and arches mods!

alrite mate,

saw the car at the pod but you werent with it, yeah i'll be there at inters both days.

3rd g'box!? how come - 2 years and i only changed the clutch!! :?

rado is lookin sick now its fully painted! running 8.5" all round and more than 100mm drop :wink:

nice one, ye i was a bit heavy on the right foot at 1st but its ok now! hahah cost me fortune, oh right ye i was probably sleeping by the side of the strip!

will have to catch up for a beer at inters then mate, take it easy

i'll be on club NVS stand (mine and mates cars) hopefully on concrete as i've got about 50mm front clearance so grass is a no no! lol

any body teel me best place to get the raceland manifold from?

what ss systems are still available? is it just jetex?
