Question about front and rear lower Votex spoilers

A quick question about how the Votex bodykit attaches...

Does the front lower bumper spoiler and rear lower bumper spoilers of the Votex kit glue onto the bumpers as well as the black valances...

....or is it just the standard black valances that it glues onto?

Glue's onto of the standard black valance.
