Spoiling my porsche fun!

Post by Bryony84 »

Took one of the porsches that had been shipped in to work for a drive only to find that they've started putting rev limiters on them!!! Wasn't happy - I'm so bored and they spoilt my fun!

It was raining where I was took, but I still couldn't get enough revs out of the porsche to wheelspin! I guess they realised that we rag them round the quay and decided to stop us! We found a range rover sport hse to play in instead altho it was left hand drive which was odd!!

Warehouse foreman is back tomorrow so no more playing with the big toys!!

I work in the office at the commercial docks in portsmouth. We cover shipping to and from the caribbean, jamaica, costa rica, australia to name a few!

Max - usually a guy from the shipping company comes with a lappy and takes all the limits off the day before they are picked up - so I may still get a go in an unlimited one! I did get to drive one of the range rover sport hse's but it was left hand drive and auto! Still fast though

I'm glad they do. If I owned a Porsche I wouldn't want a bunch of wallies who don't know how to drive them properly ragging them around a port.

Lol, they don't belong to anyone or we wouldn't drive them. And we treat them a lot better than the group of south londoners who import them, who turn up, take the limiters off and drive them back to London - I've seen them leaving the quay before and they definitely weren't being gentle with them!
