Well customer service from them is really bad,
phoned them up to get all the bolts etc for the fog lights, altho they forgot to put me on hold and heard what happens when they do, trying to give them business even if it's not much money and the swear about things down the phone an=bout me not realising i could hear, what a bunch of f*****g muppets, and after all the people on hear giving them good feed back,
i will be avoiding these fucks like the plauge !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah thats irresponsible really. and no i dont want to contact them after the first phone call i had with them, Like going somewhere getting s**t service and then going back ! i'm staying well clear, i just put up this post as i said to vent my discuss at a company which is meant to be good !!! but there service has alot to be disaired !

Keep to the facts, avoid at all cost strong language or being abusive and you will almost certainly get a reply.
If you just make it a rant full of bad language and abuse it'll be filed under B1N.
I'm Not commenting on there delivery service, prices or things like that, i'm saying that the way the guy spoke was terrible, and yes he did use foul lanuage, so what i'm not suppose to mention that? all i'm saying is that there customer service is p*** poor ! Like i said, people comment on when thet have had good experience of plasses i'm just putting up a thread of bad experience, i know i'm prob gonna be at a loss here with so many people using them etc, But just think when your put on hold again and what might be being said !!!
