Removing peddlebox...How to?

Post by tegwin »

Does anyone know how easy it is to remove the GTI peddle box?

Having tried to change my throttle cable I know its a b***h to get under the dash to get to it..

Im thinking about pulling it out with the aim of reinforcing it somehow...

I was actually refering to changing the throttle cable in a slightly older polo...hence that did have a throttle cable... but am now trying to change the peddlebox on my GTI

If the modification hasnt been done to my car, what are the chances of VW providing me with the parts free so that I can fit them myself...I honestly dont trust the dealers and would like to add some extra reinforcment if and where I see fit!
