Polo GTi silver 3dr.

Post by M@Turner »

Well the time has come for me to put my car up for sale! This will then fund my deposit for a new car!

details

X-reg Polo GTi 1.6 16v
Silver 3 door
60,000 miles (cambelt due for change)
taxed - Sept 08
mot - April 08

modifications

16" BBS RXII alloys (refurbished 2months ago)
FK Konigsport coilovers
Pioneer MP3/CD player connected to 6disc changer
uprated front speakers
B&M short shifter
BMC air filter with re-routed air feed
stubby aerial
Polo and GTI badge removed from boot

This is a very clean example of a GTi, have had no major problems with it other than needing a new clutch which was replaced less than 4,000 miles ago. Has the obvious stone chips to bonnet and front bumper and also a slight car park dent to front passenger wing!

If you would like anymore information please PM me and i'll get back to you as soon as possible!

I'm after £4,700 ono with original suspension, 15" BBS RXII's, original shifter and original air filter.

I've seen this car in the flesh numerous times and can confirm it's a good 'un and has been well looked after.

Hope the sale goes well Matt..... What's the replacement going to be?

There'll be no GTi's left in Chapeltown soon.

Cheers

Dave.

Cheers for replies guys!

Test drove a 9N3 GTi, red, 5dr, 06 reg, 6,700 miles, sat nav + 6disc changer and absolutely loved it! Was a great deal as well considering!!!

Its not set in stone yet, going to go test drive an Ibiza FR too so i can compare them! I'm in no rush to sell my GTi as i still love it loads and i personally think its still one of the better looking cars out there!

I was thinking of a black 3dr car, but i'm thinking a 5dr may come in more useful in the future!

Sorry I didnt reply to your text mate.

I think the Ibiza FR is a better looking car, and Id probably sway more to that side! I parked up next to one the other day and drooled a little bit!

All up to you though, the 9n3 Is certainly a cool car though...

But Id think id go for the beeza

Now on Pistonheads

Really could do with a sale as soon as possible. May consider letting her go for £4200.

Right, i've found my new car so this really needs to go!!!

If she aint sold by end of next week, she's going as much as back to standard as possible and price will be lowered to....

£3950

Now i think thats a bargain!

Can i just say though, please dont PM me about any parts that will be coming off until i have put car back to standard and said so on here!!!

Thanks

Right, Seems to be a fair bit of interest in my car but so far no luck!!

So, my car shall be going back to standard apart from the coilovers and short shifter will be staying on as i can't really be bothered to change these back!!! So car will look like the last picture in my first post!

So, if anyone wants to know the price for it with the 15" BBS RXII's, B&M short shifter, coilovers (original suspension included too!) and Pioneer CD/MP3 player, here it is:

£3700 No offers please as i think thats a steal for the condition the car is in!

Car will be going on Autotrader at start of next week unless someone wants to come view it before Wednesday night and can afford to buy it before the 29th of this month!!!

Thanks.
