Excellent! The rolling shots came out really well :D

Shame I lost you two somewhere on the M40, I was trying to catch up with you on the M25, but Dan must've been driving at warp speed!

I'll have to get my pictures out soon, and edit that video you did with the camera.

The general reception of the show that it was too expensive for what essentially a car park meet. Crap food, it seemed and not enough traders. It was good to meet up with you guys, and it was nice to be poached by the Scirocco Register for their stand.

So guys, was there anything hosted indoors like there is with Ultimate Dubs then? I had thought that this OE show would of a similar setup?

Awesome pics Doug! love the rolling shots of the cars. Will get my pics up later - photobucket was playing up last night!

Agreed, was a bit expensive to get in to what was a car park meet.

A little rolling video of Dan's Ibiza. I think we should do more videos at shows; I have the capabilities to edit and film the videos, it could be fun :D

I was having a little think about a name for our non-polo spinoff forum. I had a decent idea and it is:

VWFiends/DubFiends/VAGFiends (snigger)

Kinda like VWFriends, but with that bit more menace, because it's missing the R

Si, there was a bit on the inside, with ten or so decent cars in there, but that was all really. The club stand organisation layout was a bit rubbish.

I will try to get the photo's up, but photobucket is being gay as usual.

over priced, not enough food or traders, BUT the quality of the cars rescued it for me! there were some absolute stunners!

liking all the pictures guys! :D
suprised no-one mentioned the fact that we met Yarrow from Yarrowsport in the USA, he got Doug to take a picture of him next to a mk2 golf in the inside show bit.
oh and it wasn't on an Ipod Touch, it was on an iPhone!! that bloke has a weird dress sense

sorry about losing ya Ollie mate, i think it was the M40/M25 junction where we got split up, i wasn't driving that fast ................until we cleared those poxy speed cameras hehe!

the rolling shots and the video are good indeed!

Yeah, those variable speed limits got on my t**s. I swear they were changing continuously from 50 to 40! Bastards

After the cameras, I also had a bit of a burn, I got home pretty quickly regarding the traffic situation.

That Yarrow guy was weird. I've seen him in PVW, kind of like a self-proclaimed messiah of the VW scene, I guess

I didn't realise who he was, I thought he was some weirdo at first. I found it funny when those kids from the estate mobbed him, when he got his iphone out. Silly kids, I swear I saw them smoking round the corner, they seemed to be only 10 or 11!
