hi there, i remember reading on here a while ago about how to top up the gearbox with oil. i think someone said there was two plugs, one to fill it up and if you used the other one u will defo kill your car off. had a search and cant find the post.

so can someone just confirm which plug do you use to top up the gearbox oil? thanks

The top-up plug is hexagonal in shape and is at the front of the gearbox. The one that is sometimes mistaken for this at is at the top of the clutch housing and has a plastic inspection plug. Pour oil into this means knackered clutch.
