Button in the rear of the GTI

Post by GeeTeeI »

Hello!

Does anyone know what the button does by the rear right passenger seat? It has a picture of rays coming down from the ceiling which suggested to me it was either something to do with the alarm or lighting?

Cheers

You press it before you turn on the alarm and it disables the internal sensors. Good for when you leave a dog/child/oap in the car while you shop...

I used to have one in my Mini. It was actually just a button what did nothing. It may have been a brake check though...
