Help Needed with Flush Fit Valves

They're of this variety ..

The bottom flat ones, can be seen in this picture on the car..

The big question is .. How Do I Pump Them Up???

I've been trying to get my head around this and I still don't understand..

These are the tools I got from the previous owner..

P.s. I know I've posted this in a few sections, but different users check different sections, so trying to get an answer ASAP please

remove the cap cover, which looks in the picture like it can be done with a normal flat head screwdriver (although when I had flush fit valves mine needed a hex key, so it could need that).

Then screw the second item from the left in the last picture into the hole and pump the tyre as normal. Once done unscrew and then replace cap.
