why do hdrs always print naff?

why do hdrs always print naff?

ive printed quite a few hdrs on the laser priinter in the studio on photopaper, and they all seem pretty naff, like saturated, poor quality, funny contrast. normal shots print out perfectly

it could be something to do with the output on that.

do they look dodgy on screen? And have you tried printing something that hasnt been through photomatix?

Laser printers never print photos like HDRs very well - mine included!

yeh looks fine on screen. Ive just upgraded to photoshop cs3 so i mite have a play on that see if they come out ne better
