Rear Light Help!!

Post by si_zr105 »

Hi, I got some rear lights from ebay, they are smoked black hella's!

On ebay they said they are for a mk4 but the pictures were a mk5 so i bought them anyways!

Just tried fitting them and they fit but then when i press the brake the fog light comes on and one of the idicators, so its like a mini disco lol!

Anyway of sorting this or should i just sell them to a mk4 owner?

Cheers for any help!

Si

First of all, remove the wiring adaptors that may have come with them, and plug them in like you would your normal rear lights.

Then you'll have 2 wires going from the LEDs to the board, move them from top box to bottom box to the lower 1st and 3rd connectors, from the - - - slot in the bottom box
