Window switch gremlins

Post by v_dubster »

The window switches in the driver's door have just decided to operate the opposite windows to usual

Any ideas why this might happen? :?

I had a problem with my wipers once - I got them switched on (auto) but could not stop them or change speed. When I eventually stopped at lights I did an engine off and on - problem solved. Remember most of these tasks are now carried out indirectly by a controller - not as in the past by direct wiring - so something is just getting confused - just usual electronics problems (remember that when you next get on a plane!).
