to the nitty gritty
in the kit you get:
1x 5" (125mm) velcro backing pad with M14 thread
1x adapter M14 thread to 6mm spindle
1x backed polishing & buffing foam (30mm thick)
1x pure lambswool bonnet with velcro
3x abrasive discs
all you do is use the adapter should you wish and attach to the backing pad, said adapter is then placed into the chuck of a drill like a drill bit.
everything is velcro backed so you just peel on/off when you change, (although i'd advise not using the abrasives unless your barking
