A question about the standard centre caps

Post by Si_GTi »

Quick question:

Are the standard centre caps, as fitted to the standard-fitment BBS RXII split-rims on the Polo, 45mm in diameter?

I need to get a set of black-and-silver VW centre caps for the Fox wheels I am having refurbished, and the measurement on the centre caps that I removed from the Fox alloys is 45mm from clip to clip (internal diameter).

Any help greatly appreciated!

Cheers

nah sorry mate 56mm diameter.
EDIT: did a little measuring on an old crusty one I have here and the badge measures 56mm diametre accross the front face, 52mm across the waste of the clips and 53mm diameter across to the outer edges of the clips. The caps are 13mm thick and the clips 7mm long
