red tape on grille
red tape on grille
I've decided to have the red tape/paint/strip (or whatever it is) on my grille. Where's the best place to get it from and which is easiest to fit?
There was a guy at the polo show with a black gti and he had his fitted in-between his grille and bumper which looks to be easiest to fit. Tried to find that guy on here but god knows who he is lol just said he was on uk-polos
Cheers
He's from hull by the way

I have the red tape from halfords and its by far the best stuff to use dude, iv had mine on there from wen i bort it! first mod i did really, use a hair dryer to mold it round the corners and ur sorted
Paintin the red line would take a while as u will have to prime the plastic and rub down the primer to loose the plastic peel! so red tape from halfords is the easyest!

Lol i thought that then i tried 2 do it myself
but trust me masking it up is a pain in the arse then u need 2 rub it down spray it in prima, bake it , spray it in red, bake it , spray it red again (2nd cote makes sure it covers any inperfections in the crap plastic these thing are made from!) , bake it , laka it then bake it again!!!
After watching him do all that i was very happy 2 pay £25
Infact after doing mine he said he wouldnt do anymore as they took 2 long untill i sold him 2 more of them so he can do a few at a time!
