For use with CAN-BUS multiplexed wiring systems, where connection to factory-fitted remote controls or GALA speed pulse is not required

I think it is, but the best thing to do is call the guys at bluespot up and ask - they are really helpful

i got one like that and you have to source live, and illumination, but thats easy to get from the ciggy lighter !!! otherwise you will be paying Â£80-90 for an adaptor!

The one on the bluespot page includes the antenna booster too, which is good... I had to buy mine seperate to the actual adaptor from my local ICE dealer

sack the Ariel booster thats only for AM frequencies , i only listen to FM if any radio!!

or this one at Â£20 but just need to source live and illumination!

to be honest id go for the Â£20 one as unless you need speed signal and remote control functions , the Â£90 one is pointless!

I bought the Â£90quid one initially thinking would be easier. It only works with Blaupunkt kit apparentely.... BEWARE!
That black box thing has 4 or 5 little switches on to set.... No good when the instructions may as well have been written in swahili.

Â£20 quid + 5mins to establish what's what with a meter is the way to go.

In fact its for all frequencies! Without mine, I get no signal whatsoever

Factory aerials are ok. Its when you change them to like shark fins and similar you can have problems. I had no problem with my pioneer HU and my old factory aerial, but my shark fin needs a booster on the same aerial

so im wanting the unit to turn off when i turn off the ignition and remove the key, do i need a permenant live, or an ignition live, and in whichever case i require from the question above, what do i feed the live from?
