have been offered some bbs rm's, fronts 6.5 and rears 7's, they are in need of splitting and refurbing, was thinking of adding an extra inch or too...

anyways has anyone split 2piece rims before? ive never done it before and it could be an expensive go..

id be after a polished lip for next summer... what should i do?

1.keep ronals ls'
2.rebuild rm's
3.get one piece polished lips

if 3 what suggestions can you give me?

thanks

I think the LSs are beautiful wheels, great for the price. They do look better with a 165/50 tyre on though.

I think you should keep them, and change the tyres and get the centres coated black for next year 8)

A bit excessive I think. Plus they'd be hard to get hold of. I'd imagine Nankang do them, but as funny as it sounds, Nakang tyres are damn ugly (I've got some). Bridgestone are the better tyre for 165s.

Here's 165s on a 7j wheel, look sweeet 8)

Yes mate, definitely. If you can get bridestones get them. If not Nakang are fine.
