I think it all depends on what mood you're in... Whether you want relaxing when stuck in traffic, something to entertain you on a long monotonous journey or something to get your heart racing on a spirited B-Road thrash!

I'm currently listening to a lot of stuff on LTJ Bukem's labels (Good Looking / Looking Good) as I find that style of drum & bass can be interpreted in quite a few ways which fit the majority of journeys I drive :)

I've got my iPod with me, usually on Shuffle so it could be anything!

I do like a bit of Trance for fast road driving though. Big fan of the Anjunabeats stuff 8)

Heavy metal and and dirty electro does it for me.

Children of Bodom, Metallica and Extreme for the metal

Caspa and Rusko, Ratatat and Justice for the Electro.

I enjoy listening to heavy metal most of the time when driving, Children of Bodom are perfect listening for those B-ROAD thrashings! Cant beat abit of Follow the Reaper, Hatebreeder etc.

For the chilled out driving I usually prefer Black Stone Cherry, Atreyu, Chemical Brothers, Metallica, Alice In Chains, Faith No More and several others.
