They must be the FK ones i've been reading about me thinks??!? Big boys toy are ment to sell some sort of lights for them starting at Â£190 i'm yet to go and talk to them.

Well whadya know. they've angel eyed them.

But they're not Xenons - for one the price is way too cheap but true the headlights are projected, meaning you could do another retrofit HID job resulting in an even spread of light

I seen some recent shots of the Seat Ibiza FR with the 1.8T engine producing 150bhp this has projected Xenons, seems everyone is getting on the bandwagon.

They would go so well with the HID's.

As with anything the only thing worrying me is quality issues and how hard they would be to adjust! Oh and if the HID bulb would fit okay

Why the hell did they put angel-eyes in it ? It's the first projector I've seen for a 9N. But I won't buy it. Looks cheap to me. I'll go for the handwork

Agreed - they look v cheap n' nasty in daylight but night-time viewing may tell a different story if the build quality is good.

Visually I don't think they've managed to pull it off with odd shaped Angel eyes on these 9n headlights.

well if these are the ones big boys toys stock, when i have the money i might get them, but given that it's FK and how badly my tail lights leaked i'm not hoping for very much

I think the little night time picture that they have there to show the angel eyes is upside down as the flat part with no angel ring is on the bottom of the lights and not the top... that's going to make the nighttime look a bit pants if you ask me...

I have to admit.. I was after projectors for a looooooooong time, but these do look a little tacky... What's the chance of simply porting the projector part into our old style lights though?

The angel eyes image definately doesn't correspond.

I can't see any of the perspex elements in the side/full beam lights. But an inverted "U" *and* a horizontal in the main lamp. Might be wrong though.

Clawz, at the moment I'm putting projectors in stock Polo headlights.

I went to my dealer and bought 2 new headlight-units. I also bought 2 xenon-projectors plus electronics from a BMW 328i E46.

Then me and a friend started wondering how to plan this thing.

First we noticed the plastic glass had to be removed to access the chrome mirrors in the headlightunit. Problem no. 1 immediately occured, the glass was mounted with a huge amount of sealant to keep the moist out. Not possible to just heat it for a while and get it off. So we concluded there was just 1 method left, www.dremel.com

Damn, 2 new lights and first thing what happened was to slice the plastic off all the way around the glass. After that we had to strip the sealant completely off. With a little heating we managed to make the glass come off the .. ... .. . . .

I'm gonna have some diner first

seems a bit over the top!! I have a feeling you'll spend more time, money and effort making it yourself.

But hope it goes well for u anyway!
