black polo black alloys red lip / damage to bumper bristol

always see it parked in the little lay by bit which is near mac donalds and cabot circus in bristol when im on my way to college in the mornings
it has a bit of damage on the front bumper drivers side just wondering if its anyone on here?
looks like its been done up well, shame about the damage to it
