Headlights misaligned! What do i do?

The headlights on my polo aren't aligned. The left one is higher then the right, so it appears to be too bright to the other drivers. How do i sort this out?

Any garage will do it for a few quid.

Lots of cars fail their MOTs on headlight alignment, my MK2 certainly did.

unless you have electric adjusters in the cockpit???

the cockpit light adjustment only adjusts both up and down i think not individually. it may do for the time being tho?

The cockpit light adjustment doesn't really help. I have it on the lowest setting and it still reaches the drivers in front. I thougt that maybe i could do it myself. It happened to me before and i went to volkswagen. They wanted to charge me Â£20 for it, but they ended not charging me at all cos i was hacked off!!!

Guess i'll just have to go to a mechanic.
