So it doesn't replace the normal bottom of the bumper, just clips on underneath. Hmm. Wonder how its fitted :/

I think he used self tappers to attach it.

It looks a bit "stuck on" to me :| Maybe you could try and get it on without the standard one above it?

Cupra on the GTi splitter has been done many times by GTI-ers. Altough i was one of the first to do it

Personally i think it gives the front end a beefier stance especially if your unable to go any lower (like me) due to wheel limitations and drivabilty

Best of all its a good comprimise between having the standard GTI one (too subtle i think) and having something crazy like the VR6 splitter(too bulky). See the pic below, the height of the splitter works well with the rest of the car and doesnt make the front end look out of proportion comapred to the sides and rear

Go with GTi I reckon.

The Vr6 one is wayy too bulky, and the Cupra one doesn't look right IMO. They don't suit the lines of the car. Plus you have to get another splitter (standard or GTi) before you an fit one, as the Cupra ones don't bolt on as a replacement, just as an addition.
