to be fair i doubt youll get that much mate, youll be looking at 120-125 if your lucky but the final drive will be a lot nicer...
look for a 20v t conversion? costly but youll get a nice smile on your face

in regards to bhp mate depending on the engine it region from 180 - 225 bhp but this is stock! thats the beauty of it, map a 225 rated engine i think its something like 260? maybe even more mate. but i will warn you it is costly

Save yourself a fortune and just have a re-map done onit... the exhaust and cams dont make all that much difference, just boost her up! (Y)

& i'm right in thinking the 20v is a petrol lump? why on earth would you want to do that conversion, what a pig of a job!

Remapping a standerd 100 tdi is a gud idea. Remaping a petrol 100bhp is pointless as there's no turbo charger ur looking at 4 - 7bhp with other mods. I've sin r32s remapped an theve only gained 12bhp from them. That's why he suggested the 20vt conversion 225 turbo charged
