what coilovers would people recomend? good and cheap!!! JOM Coilovers anyone heared of them??

JOM, Hot Tuning, Ta Tecnix, Phil J are virtually all the same. If you're looking just to go 'low' the they're the ones for you.

If you want 'low' and an ok ride I'd go for AP coilovers.
