i think my gearbox is on its way out its whining and hard to get into reverse also theres alot of oil under it, it had a gearbox done by previous owner at 72k its now got 112k, do you think this is a case of a new gearbox???????

Sounds like it may be on its last legs - get it checked out by a mechanic mate.
