Anywhere to buy and collect a filter on the day inBirmingham

I'm after a pipercross panel filter for my 1.9tdi do people rate changing the panel filter? Also where can you collect one on the day?

Don't get a Pipercross - the quality and fit is shocking. Green filters are much better. I've had both and sent the Pipercross one back.
